It has been less challenging than I thought it would be. Training was a little different, but once I started to navigate and get tips and how to's from my AE's, it has really helped to get better with the processes.

talking to different people and learning what we do and how by having to explain or set up meetings
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Base pay is great, and the commission --well, waiting to see what the new comp package looks like-- but the ability to make money on top of the base is absolutely wonderful. If there was a little extra for bilingual folks, that would be amazing too. :)
