Its hands down the best company I've ever worked for. From the top down and bottom up, the company is full of incredible people who are all excited about working towards our mission. If you work hard, you get recognized for it. There's no ceiling here, I'll be here as long as they'll have me

It is extremely competitive, I feel they have adjusted my comp accordingly to reward my work, and ultimately how much I or my team makes is up to us
