It's the best team I've ever worked with because everyone is friendly and willing to help.

After I hit my target I get accelerators on the sales commission which boosts my monthly pay.

Getting hired here is a bit difficult. I had three interviews and then I was able to join.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team was in the top 3 teams until last week and we did a lot of sales and the whole team helps each other and everybody is cooperative.
What makes you most happy at work?
The thing that makes me happy everybody is interaction with the team. Even in Covid we interact at least two times in Daily Kick-off and Daily day brief meetings.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The target given to us is to high and the commission compared to it is very very low. Generating $7500 will get me only $315 which is nothing compared to the $7500 company got. Our salaries are less then a sweeper in the USA.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I work for KeepTruckin and this is the best place I've ever worked. I never even imagined that I would be able to work in sales environment without issues....! The company and higher management are very cooperative and supportive and compensation and benefit is very good here.
