Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the monetary compensation KT is offering doesn't sit well with my experience and it doesn't compare with what other companies of similar scale may offer.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The executive team in KT is very accommodating. Every individual is treated like a human, not an asset, therefore, human needs are understood and cared for most of the time. Another good thing is that the leadership constantly evolves processes and is growth-oriented for individuals and the business

The best thing about the leadership at KT is that it is very human centric, the leadership tends to listen to the manpower, look after it well, and make it feel heard, appreciated and valued. Another thing I like is that they're constantly learning and evolving and helping us learn and evolve too.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very accommodating. Specially for when people are going through hard times. I really appreciate how generous we are in this aspect. For example I do not see people being forced to work even if they're very sick. I don't see people struggling to find time off for important errands or unforseen
