motivated, work as a team, always there to help, very positive, they don't tolerate negative talk

the leadership team from the top down is respectful of people and there is an emphasis on being positive and open minded

it's a very high salary and OTE for a CSM in the region I am in (almost double for the level of experience)

The CEO doubles down on important social issues, leadership (for CSMs at least) are total advocates for their employees, they seek change and improvement

They are transparent about the company direction, they are actively seeking to improve and become aware of the gaps in the company, they prioritize diversity and addressing inequality in the work place.
