The benefits here are great. The pay is competitive and the equipment provided for working from home, is very generous.

I love how transparent our leadership team is. They are clear about the company goals/plans, what's happening at the company and how it affects us all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
KT really cares about making sure every single employee feels comfortable, included and safe here. They not only talk the talk but they walk the walk. It is extremely refreshing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team stays positive even when the workload increases. We all really care about communication and productivity. If someone needs help, we all step in and lend a hand. It really feels like a family.
