NetScout allows you the ability to pursue a career path of your own choosing. We are small enough that most people know each other so if you have ambition, you can work with your manager to initiate and complete stretch goals that prime you for your next role at NetScout.

Getting to solve problems and work with people I genuinely enjoy

They know me personally and I believe they take actions with my best interest in mind

Long term relationships. People know each other as friends, not just as people they work with

Our RSU program is the best part of our compensation package. And that we now have parental leave.

Transparency with the vision, mission and goals. Also, everyone on the leadership team is accessible and takes employee relationships personally.

We have a great bonus plan, and equity share program that allows every employee to be an owner of the company

Having a lot of variation in my work and the opportunity to work with an array of departments day to day.

There is no "drama" - everyone is trying to do the right thing without thinking about "getting credit" or making a name for themselves

NetScout is a good mix between formal and informal. Anyone can raise their hand and work on an initiative without having to jump through hoops.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The RSU program is without compare - I do not think there is another company anywhere in the world that has the compensation structure NetScout has.

We have an informal culture, where everyone feels like family. Also everyone uses their cameras on remote calls because it feels "rude" to "hide" behind a turned off camer
