Since I arrived in Netscout 10 years ago, my job has been respected and I've been treated as an important person, my boss has always believed in what I could do, and this pushed me to do even better. I'm very proud of the values my team and the whole Company are conducting.

Work with collaborative people, in a pleasant environment, with no stress to be in competition with others, moving towards common goals.

The freedom to make one's own work decisions, with respect for the actions taken, leaving employees responsible for their work, giving support when required
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture and environment are positive because of friendliness, politeness, diversity acceptance, collaboration among people, no differences between leaders and employees. High cultural level and self development training courses makes all that possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part of my compensation package is the fact that every year we can count on it, I mean, if we give our best during the year, we know we'll receive a compensation. That is gratifying and satisfying, and it gives us the motivation to continue doing our best.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most is the freedom we've been given, as responsible employees and men/women, giving our best all the time, taking care of our job and our families and our whole life, because all that is the essence of the persons we are and allows us to work in a good place and live in a better world.
