Some of my teammates are incredibly smart which means I'm constantly learning from them (from good code reviews, for example)
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No discussions about politics in Slack. MOST people focus on real work instead of virtue-signaling about the cause du jour.
What makes you most happy at work?
Automation and clean code. (Wish there was more time to focus on performance and reducing legacy cruft / tech debt!)
