Everyone is willing to share knowledge and help each other grow. There is an overall desire for the company to be successful that we all share.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel they care about the employees and understand our role in the success of the company. They want us to grow professionally and support us in that.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone wants the company to grow and succeed. I've been in telecommunications for 19+ years and have never seen or been with a company that is as supportive as Netscout.
