What is the best part about your compensation package?
The annual bonus. When we make money for the company and we get that annual bonus it really helps out at home!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Working with the people is the best part of the job. I interact with many different teams and its almost always a positive experience.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They appear to be taking the right steps and have the correct vision for the future so the company is making money and able to retain employees with pay incentives.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing our customers use the products in a way that is helping them be successful and then hearing from them that we really came through for them when they needed it.
