Ability to handle complex situations and articulate the solution employed to coworkers.

I don't operate at that level and don't have the context to answer this question.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't think there is a 'best part'. I think the package is well thought out from many aspects. The collective package matters.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that moments of my life that I trade for money are not wasted when I solve problems for a client that makes life better for their employee's or subscribers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not being micromanaged. I have 30+ years experience in several industries as a result of my work ethic and flexibility. Clear direction and reasonable schedule produces quality results that are beneficial for the client and the NS employee.
