Ive mentioned quite a lot in the previous questions.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Openness is mandatory, negative employees (especially from Arbor) must fox themselves or shown the door, diversification of employees is mandatory, unexessary support to bad employees will surely make the good employees quit. PLM has to get their act right, negative Prodict Managers must leave.

What makes you most happy at work?

When i do my job well, help co-workers and ensure their objectives are met. Ive been very fortunate to have a good manager who has helped me a lot and i now independently do all my tasks, work strategically which gives me the personal satisfaction of my work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

There is a big pay (both salary & benefits) difference berween Arbor epmloyees & Netscout employees (although all are Netscout employees). Netscout employees get less allowamces & pay when compared with employees coming from Arbor. This is a fact but our leaders & HR never agree to it.This is unfair

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Objectives & goals should be made clear. PLM needs to be transparent, there are people in PLM who always beat around the bush & never give a solid response to on-field team. Internal documents (of importamce to on-field team) should be made available so that they can better handle customer objection

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Recently, the newly hired coworkers just talk, they do not get their hands dirty, rather they just boss around. Not only that, a lot of them belong to a particular narionality which is essentially breaking rhe diversified culture which Netscout is known for. Old employees do not want to help at all.
