Getting up to date training for hot tech shouldnt be so arduous. Retention bonuses - a lot of people are leaving. Better Gym/workout work life benefits.
Since covid 20% of people follow the rules and come into the office as required. The rest do not. Mgmt doesnt do anything to address the gap. There is a clear different attitudein pepole WFH and those that come into the office....
We have no real leadership below the C level doing anything to encourage employees after covid. they are nonexistent and dont come into the office to set an example either. We are losing a lot of people and our SW quality is horrible. Days are just spent managing tickets that go nowehere
