I've been here 13 years and worked on several different teams. My supervisors have pushed me to work on projects that I thought were above my level of expertise, but provided me with enough support to get the job done, and I learned a lot in the process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Ability to adapt to a changing marketplace.
What makes you most happy at work?
Troubleshooting difficult problems and fixing them.

Good health and dental insurance.

My coworkers are willing to train others and share information.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Can work from home 2 days a week. Great cafeteria with good food.

Learning something new. Solving a problem that I couldn't figure out a couple of days ago.

My team is very knowledgeable about testing, telecom protocols, and Linux troubleshooting. They freely share their knowledge.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The no layoff policy and that they have many online courses available for technology and management training.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My wife went into the hospital for an unexpected heart procedure, and our out-of-pocket was much less than I expected.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There is no blame thrown around when things go wrong. We work together to fix issues and design new features.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I get to keep learning new stuff. I don't have to repeat the same thing over and over again. My manager supports this.
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving problems. Sometimes when I start I'm not sure that I can figure them out, but I feel accomplished when I can fix a problem or program bug.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They actually follow their "lean but not mean" philosophy. They let us know when things are going well and when they are not, so we don't get blindsided with bad news.
