best company I have worked for, but lately wondering if I need to move to increase my salary due to lack of increases received over the last few years.

the diversity of projects and customers we interact with - never boring - always a challenge

Direct management has created an excellent environment to work in where we feel heard and cared for
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More regular yearly increases, bonuses are good, but my salary has not increased a lot since I joined the company (starting to feel the pinch in these economically hard times) and am considering looking for alternative employment to get my salary re-aligned.
