I'm working with very skilled people in a very structured company. This is fantastic to know how a big company should be, but is sometimes limiting, because you should stay in your area. But being that big, we did big thing: highest tech, opened wall street and we are matching charity event.

Netscout is people-based company, in the sense that they know that people is Netscout more precious resource and in case of issue, people are not left alone.

Having new challenging tasks, that are exploring new market/technologies, better if that implies team work. also having task to improve team's work makes me happy: new training, special requirement, meeting arrangement....
