I have utmost loyalty for my company as we have grown together over years but the last few years seem to lacking a firm vision and roadmap

Zeal to keep upskilling. Energy and motivation to take more work

More proactive market prospect visibility. Better risk planning. Timely goto market strategy.

Management values people at personal level and there is great bonding and camaraderie in general

Feels like a second home. I feel energized to go to work daily and interact with coworkers to produce more value

Very dedicated and willing to rise to extreme levels to deliver more than their best. Keeping up with the technology to maintain the technical edge

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Merit increases have not been upto the mark in the last many years causing a wide rift from the market. Stock grants have lost merit due to bad performance and the RSU allocation is small. ESPP lost charm due to LRS deductions

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

To be at par with the market. Market packages have grown multifold in the recent years across levels. The same assessment has been given to the executive management in the past but the market corrections have not happened. THe RSU factor does not catch up with the delta that is created
