I am happy to be with this company and I adapt its culture/strategy and enjoy the team relationship so well. However, I do expect that someday my compensation could be adjusted to a fair/reasonable level to match my role/performance.

With the job load and region extension under my responsibility, given my high engagement I get underpaid in my position.

With the job duty extended to more functions and more regions/countries, worth a significant salary raise to reflect my value in this position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are being open and supportive to each other. I have a very good second-level manager with great capability in leadership and multi-task management who could always back the team up.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't think I was fairly offered and matched to my level when join but there're some history reasons and I expect things can get better with years of my contribution and hardworking. However due to low merit increase or even freezing merit, my compensation is still under fair level of the market.
