Like anywhere there are good and bad apples. In my department in particular, it feels like we're constantly tasked with the same challenges and problems that never get solved. Unfortunately, I don't believe the department has any leadership which is a problem. It's demotivating at times.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication via regular all-hands meetings.
What makes you most happy at work?
Meaningful work with clear direction and good, positive leadership.

More skilled in their professions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Does not feel like there is opportunity for growth by excelling in my job without playing politics.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are good people at this company. I enjoy working with the positive, friendly, and kind people who make my job worth coming to.
