Unfairness throughout the company. Not all employees are treated the same

Some of my coworkers need more training in order to do their job.

There are a few co-workers that just need to go, they do not work well with other.

I am not sure how to improve, there needs to be a change at the top level of the company.

It is not all my co-workers but a few need to be trained in doing their job so that they do not make my job harder.
