I like how they respect our opinions and keep us involved in all the decisions to improve the product as a whole. That makes us feel included and motivated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It will make me feel better if I get the facilities and compensations as per the market value and if I get the facilities I opt for, instead of flexible benefits that are just available, but I can't avail them.
