i. listening to their employees. ii. stop the pettiness, esp re: remote work.

willingness to help others. willingness to share knowledge. willingness to ask for help.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

raises. how many years now without or tiny raises? last year CEO said we'd be "very excited" about compensation. But, then we all got 0% raises? (sure, we got bonuses, but raises are what counts).

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

the CEO's heavy handed pettiness has made work 'not fun'. There used to be frequent chatter / conversations in the 'fun' chat channels, now it is radio silence. It seems like Anil has effectively alienated the entire office.
