Overall, the e company is great to work for. I think there are people who take advantage of the Lean but not mean culture to do as little as possible, while there are others who could use help amd can't get it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Getting things done on schedule is rewarding
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are manager (i'm one) who have employees making more than they are. This is hard to accept.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is a good mix of veteran employees an ld newer hores with different stregths that work well together
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I lime that they know me and if i had an issue that i thought they needed to know about, i know i could talk directly to the CEO or COO and be taken seriously.
