I've been here more than ten years, and moved around to a few different positions. My current role is my favorite, but I have been consistently impressed that the company cares more about finding the right role for each employee, rather than insisting on the right employee for each role.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always there to back each other up and support each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's pretty standard for the industry. I like that I have a PPO option for my health insurance.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The execs care about the employees as people, and are passionate about our technology and how it can help their customers.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get to evangelize about products I truly believe help people, and assist customers in solving problems with them. Best job ever!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People really support each other and never hesitate to try and help. I never get fobbed off with "it's not my job", they will always try to help me find the right person to answer my questions.
