I have been employed here several years & have seen several good employees come & go because of issues beyond their control. It seems that the team at Corporate has taken a hard stance on the 5-day work week schedule that was implemented post-Covid, and it has cost us extremely talented individuals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Onsite cafe, gym, and other perks that are periodically offered.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide the employees with clear direction for the company's goals, both strategically and financially. Very employee centric.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all bring something unique & valuable to the team and at the end of the day we figure out how to accomplish our tasks. We share ideas amongst the group and look for different ways to to streamline processes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been in my role for several years and in my opinion, we are continually asked to take on more tasks and responsibilities, but we are not necessarily given the proper merit increase or cost of living increase that I have noticed is happening in our industry and other major industries.
