Great until the buffers between Arbor and Netscout went down, since then it's been a slow decline.

more promotions, bigger raises, hire more interns

Managers insulating us from upper management.

They don't fire people to make ends meet.

Trying out new programming tools.

Make up for all the raises we haven't gotten.

We work well together and there are no jerks on the team.

There's still a rather strong us vs. them feeling between Arbor and the rest of Netscout

pay increases to match cost of living inflation, we've been behind on this for a while now
