What are some of the best things about your team?

Cohesion and willingness to help each other...thanks in large part to the leadership and mentoring of our AVP.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Our immediate leadership team (RD and AVP) are fully engaged with us and understand the challenges faced as a front line sales team. Our executives, however seem out of step with what customers want. Our executives are product focussed not market focussed.
