What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company is aligned all the way from individuals to senior leadership team. Individuals are empowered to drive solutions to problems, and your opinion is highly valued and considered.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The company doesn't seem to have a normal review process. I have only received one pay increase on my base in many years. Seems like sales compensation is manipulated to drive EPS performance.
