There is a human level to NetScout. You don't feel like you are just a number.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The best part is that it is uncapped and the accelerators once you hit 100% of quota attainment.

I like that the leadership team leads with empathy and by example. I feel overall we have a very positive company culture.
What makes you most happy at work?
My team and my customers. I also love that I know what we are selling is truly going to help an organization.

I feel that my sales team is: - supportive of one another - always there to help one another - we all love to see every single one of us succeed - a lot of idea sharing - truly outstanding leadership
