Purchase orders! That feeling of accomplishment when completing a long and sometimes arduous sales process.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Culture of innovation, continuously working to improve market positioning and drive new value. Willingness to develop customer-specific features to drive sales and affirm strong partnerships.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
More of it of course! :-) Re-alignment of compensation accounting for today's inflation environment, and more opportunity for advancement/promotion. More attainable sales quota goals.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Willingness to jump in and help each other out with questions and problem solving. Whether that is with presentation material, demoing to other customers/accounts, or just sharing knowledge and experience, or offering advice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel like most people enjoy being here, and want to be here. Netscout is a great company with great employees who are genuinely engaged and want to make better products, create happy customers, and grow the business.
