What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Most people work hard and there is a lot of collaboration amongst teams for help, to get things done.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
That was a strange question. Why would I look forward to interacting with my coworkers? I certainly like them, but I don't come to work to interact with my coworkers. I come to work to work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
These questions about leadership/executive are too vague. The very highest level (i.e., CEO) get good ratings, but some of the mid (ie.e, some VP areas) are in the middle rating. So hard to give one rating combining them both.
