work-life balance, no micro management
What are some of the best things about your team?
None of us are competing for territory or accounts, so we work well together in sharing insights and tactics that work, so we can all win
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I dont feel undervalued per se, I do think we are underpaid for the market value, But the work-life balance, the work environment makes up for a few missing dollars
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Self paced work environment, managers are there to back us up but we have freedom to try different tactics in search for what is working best with out fear of micromanagment
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Netscout is the only place i have ever worked that seems to actually care about their employees. With the small exception of HR. They only care about protecting the company not the employees
