Every company has pros and cons. Netscout is extremely employee-focused. The executives care for and respect the employees. We're definitely more than numbers. Also, there are a lot of great people here. Conversely, there's way too much dead wood. And the CEO makes all decisions - big and small.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My immediate team is very skilled. I can learn something from each of them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The company could have reduced the number of employees during Covid and did not. They appreciate and respect the employees.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I've worked at other places where politics were common. That isn't an issue within my immediate team. Politics are obvious outside of it.
What makes you most happy at work?
My direct manager allows me to take on a variety of tasks. I am always learning something new and allowed to branch out in many different directions.
