the team now is really outstanding. Very focused and committed, but the main skill is the high level of team work
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
people value, governance and compliance are really notable in the company culture. Environment (even being fully remote since I'm in Brazil) is comfortable.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
salary and benefits are really great but commission didn't follow the 50/50 OTE basics. Quotas usually are higher than market standards at least for Brazil and if compared to other companies in the same segment.
