I have been here for over half a decade and have found myself deeply concerned about the direction of the company as of the last few years, failed initiatives, upsetting good employees to the point of leaving, and what seems like a focus on the wrong things, like return to the office over user needs

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is seeking to solve problems, there is a consistent culture of spreading knowledge and helping each other solve problems in the most effective ways
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We were more productive and happier when working from home, return to the office has been a huge mistake in my opinion, multiple good people have left my team due to return to the office.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am paid less than new hires due to multiple years of salary freezes. Netscout claims to offer a flexible schedule to allow working from home on Mondays and Fridays but my office doesn't follow that and I have to drive in every day, making it feel like I'm being cheated out of a benefit.
