Love the company. Anil guided us through Covid and we have come out even stronger. I tackle new challenges every day and I'm given the tools to succeed. It's a lot of fun. Good work/life balance is valued which makes me love this company even more!

Problem solving and creating solutions which help our customers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company leadership really cares for its employees. It's like a big family. The work is fast paced and challenging, but there is still a good work / life balance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the salary portion of our compensation might be low compared to other tech companies. The Guardian Flex schedule, lean not mean ideology , and overall great benefits balance out the salary so ultimately I think the total package is good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is great at analyzing the market and making strategic moves to keep us as the market leader. The leadership team also really cares about the Netscout employees. Netscout has great benefits and the Guardian Flex work schedule is amazing.
