Overall it's good. My role has given me the exposure I wanted and with that, I've been able to get more experience in the area I'm most interested in.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I work with a supportive group of women. We get along as people and as coworkers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My manager encourages us to take sick and vacation time as we need it, and to take care of ourselves in general.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Besides salary, the health benefits are great. We get several options for health insurance and add-ons. The RSUs are a new one for me too.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Work is work, I really like my job and team but if I had the option to not work I would take it. It's nothing against the company, just a personal tihng.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It's hard to say, I feel like I don't really know what they do and how it impacts me. My disapproval of the hybrid flex schedule leads me to think I'm not satisfied with them. But they all seem like approachable people, which I appreciate.
