I happen to have both a great immediate manager and great technical lead. We have good positive customer-focused team chemistry.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Netscout is a great place to work! Many things are right. Leaders create a great work env. => great products The one leadership team comment: We have too many decisions made at the top level. This limits our growth. Better if executives trained junior leadership in good decisions & process.
