I am with NETCOUT since 2009 and I have worked for multiple orgs/ department and under different Managers. I had learnt and grown during initial 10 years at the company but I do not see any work or growth opportunities in my current team under current manager.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Market correction considering the local inflation.

Collaborative work, Knowledge sharing and teamwork.

Innovation, Collaboration, Communication and Execution
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Company culture is good, same should be practiced at the team level.
What makes you most happy at work?
People and Culture at NETSCOUT in General is good. (Especially the the ones in our local office).
