The people I work with closely are wonderful, and we believe in our product. We don't think upper management has a solid vision for our future, seems to be grasping for whatever works while ignoring feedback from lower levels. Too often, other departments seem to slow us down.

Working hard on projects when they succeed and make a difference.

All are intelligent competent people who I can trust and enjoy working with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Within my team and closer associates, we work hard to put out quality work for good products. I feel empowered within my team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay for my position has increased only 5% in past decade compared to 25% cost increases. Losing that much buying power makes me feel unappreciated, just a commodity. I regret not considering better paying opportunities then that now pay 30-40% more than my pay now.
