The pto is on par with industry. Might be a little behind the peers.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Culture is changing and we are losing benefits/freedom to just get work done. Every decision is political and has to be run up 5 layers of management. Ridiculous...
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Focus on the internals of the organization not just what makes good headlines. Also a little communication would be nice. We are so silo'd it slows down actual work. Also executives stifle open communication
