It has helped to grow as a professional and as a person, but I feel that we are not progressing with the evolution of our products and even not listening to our customers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Car allowance payment has not increased since I joined the company. Salary increase has been much lower than inflation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are only listening to customers that generate more business regarding their needs. No info about about our competitors. Little help for designs. Excessive time to make technical decisions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
CPI has increased a 35% since I joined NETSCOUT, many years ago, and my salary has increase 12.5 % in that period. My latest salary increase was six years ago. Another compensation, car allownce, is frozen since I am working for the company.
