I believe that we do not challenge often enough the status quo but work around all the issues and do not resolve them. I am tired of always being asked to find a short cut when engineering improvements in our products and improved supportability would benefit customers and employees.

Within my team again people are helpful and interested

I do not have much interaction with the leadership team
What are some of the best things about your team?
The team helps each other sharing information and lending a hand when its required.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The work is challenging from an organisational perpective - I think we do not have the best processes and infrastucture to be successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salary has not increased in the last 10 years but inflation means I am worse off than 10 years ago. THere are no sick days included - I am supposed to use my holidays instead, No flexible working or arrangements to take additional vacation weeks with no pay. Insurance coverage has not increased
