No career progression. All decisions come from VP and above. Strict No work from home for any reason.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay has been pretty stagnant for the past 10 years. They try to compensate with bonuses but are not keeping salaries on pace with the rest of the industry.
