As an employee who has transitioned from a startup to a larger organisation, then to Netscout. I feel Netscout has the best balance, love my time here, no two days are alike, startup spirit remains which I personally like.

Addressing the needs of our customers and the business / technical challenges of the day..
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not necessarily but increases hard to come by even when exceeds expectation. Suggestion: more time off would be an effective counterbalance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very strong technically, proven across nearly 20 yrs, stable and experienced, able to steer clear of landmines as we've seen it all before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Clarity in decision making, if decision proves ineffective, willing to admit and turn around quickly. Company CEO is a strong, decisive leader with very strong technical and business acumen
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Exciting, dynamic environment where no two days are ever the same. On any given day its 2G to 5G, WiFi to FTTx and varying demands from Service Providers worldwide.
