the outcome of my daily work is driving the NetScout product in a positive way. My engineering outcome matters
What are some of the best things about your team?
all individuals has special skills, 1 person does perfect scripting, the other person is best at real HW reconfiguration, HDD resizing, next person is best at documentation. Information sharing is mandatory, you always get help back
What do you like best about the leadership team?
challenging meetings - you need to know deeply your business, only by tough questions good decision could be done - in my case leadership is asking such tough questions all the time - not good for me but good for NetScout!
