What are some of the best things about your team?
The team works well together and there is a sense of willingness to collaborate and solve problems. There is also a sense of thinking outside the box to anticipate larger goals and prepare for them.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team has a cohesive vision that is in line with the CEO's direction, so there is clarity as to how the company is going to move forward and how individuals are contributing to the vision.
