I like that the leadership team provides clear priorities, timelines, and guidance on implementation. This helps reduce ambiguity, keeps the team aligned, and allows us to focus on execution and delivering results.

Our team brings together people with diverse backgrounds and strong technical skills, which leads to good problem-solving and new ideas. There is also a positive, respectful attitude, focused on getting the job done.

My team has strong collaboration and open communication, which makes it easier to resolve issues and stay aligned. There is also a clear sense of ownership; most of us are willing to go beyond the initial requirements to deliver better and less-future-rework solutions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my compensation does not fully reflect my contributions and the current market conditions. I have been contributing in a role that leans more toward software development, while my core strengths are in data analysis and wireless systems. Cost of living increased and I feel like I am behind.
