My YOE should be taken into consideration and a pay somewhat matching the market should be met.

Collaborative, communicative, friendly and helpful are just a few highlights of what my team is like, which is really wonderful when you are working together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Employee first policy. The employees are always prioritized, in the sense that, we are not expected way too much of or unrealistically be aligned for a goal. Everything well communicated.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Knowledgeable, and skilled at what they do. A really kind and reliant environment is maintained at all times making it easier for us employees to do our tasks in the best possible way
